Guiding Principles
SpiderPlow Services was formed by a group of young, aggressive professionals who share one common goal: to be the best at what we do. To us, ‘being the best’ means seeking out innovative technologies, perfecting their operation in harsh Canadian conditions and then introducing them to traditional industries. For example, SpiderPlow equipment was first developed for the fiber optic and telecommunications industries. But we quickly realized that the environmental and economic advantages of the SpiderPlow technology would be just as important to – and welcomed by - the oil and gas industry. ‘Being the best’ also means continuous improvement; never being content with the status quo. That’s why we’re constantly challenging our techniques and working with suppliers, clients and partners to develop and implement better, more cost-effective ways of doing business. ‘Being the best’ means never compromising on safety. The safety of our own staff and that of our clients. Finally, ‘being the best’ means working with our clients and suppliers to improve business and job-site processes and productivity.
