From January 1998 until June 2005, Mr. Fowler was a Vice President with ARC Financial Corporation, a Calgary-based investment management and merchant banking company where he focused on investments within the oilfield service and power sectors. Prior to that, he was Vice President Finance of Circa Enterprises Inc. (a manufacturer of equipment for the telecommunications industry) and a senior manager at Collins Barrow, Chartered Accountants, where his practice focused on corporate valuations, litigation support and corporate insolvency. Mr. Fowler obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary in 1977 and became a Chartered Accountant in 1981. Mr. Fowler is a director Tantalus Systems Corp., Nexterra Energy Corp., SpiderPlow Services Inc. and the Calgary Tour of Courage Society. As the President and Chief Executive Officer of SpiderPlow Services Inc. he is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the Company.

Richard Zander is a 37-year veteran of U.S. environmental and Federal regulatory management of natural resources.  During Mr. Zander’s 28-year tenure at the U.S. Bureau of Land Management, he facilitated the development of best land management practices to minimize environmental impacts from mineral development and pipeline construction, which were adopted by the national Bureau of Land Management and the Western Governor’s Association. With this background, he brings to SpiderPlow extensive knowledge, experience and key contacts related to U.S. land management best practices and regulations. This background enables Mr. Zander to be a strong, authoritative advocate for the industry-leading environmental benefits provided by the SpiderPlow method of pipe installation.  He has a B.S. degree in Wildlife Biology, Terrestrial Option from the University of Montana.

 

Based in Wyoming, Mr. Zander is responsible for sales and marketing of SpiderPlow’s services in the Rocky Mountain States.

A native of Texas, Mr. Owens is SpiderPlow’s pre-eminent expert of the SpiderPlow technology. Mr. Owens’ extensive 15-years of experience in underground construction throughout most of North America combined with his wide array of skills, uniquely qualify him for this position. This experience spans 12 years of directional drilling and 4 years of SpiderPlow operations, all involving work with the full spectrum of flexible pipe products. Mr. Owens’ pipelining project history encompasses oil & gas, fiberoptics, water and sewer installation. Mr. Owens is a graduate of East Texas State University with a Bachelors degree in Economics.
